The original photograph on which the September 24th, 1980 issue of The Aquarian Weekly was based, with a compelling black-and-white portrait of Bob Marley gracing the cover. (He passed away just shy of 9 months later at 36). The photograph is signed at the rear by the photographer Matthew Kaplan, with a handwritten 1980 copyright as well. The photo, which measures 14" tall x 11" wide, is bright and crisp on its thick, coated card stock. Attractive and easily VG+, with just a touch of light soiling along the margins.
