Published circa late 1950s/early 1960s out of San Francisco by Black Owl Press. Both issues clean and VG in their stapled wrappers. Issue #1 is missing the rear panel and Issue #2 shows a bit of offsetting and abrading along the front panel. "For Collectors of Curiosa" Very Good. Item #20964
