This first draft screenplay was written by Al Young ("Snakes", "Sitting Pretty", CA's poet laureate 2005-2008) and the screen treatment was by Joseph Strick. By all indications, the screenplay was never produced, making this a truly uncommon piece of African-Americana and an exceptional Dick Gregory collectible.
