Bound in a 3/4 dark-green morocco over marbled green boards. Light wear at the hinges, the raised bands and the spine ends. Light foxing as well to the text (not affecting the exquisite plates) and light offsetting at many of the page edges. 36 beautiful tipped-in, full-color plates (drawn by "Lieutenant Chamberlain, Royal Artillery, During the Years 1819 and 1820, with Descriptive Explanations"). Also includes the facsimile of the title page (and part of the text) of the original English edition.
