The plans, making up the middle third of the book, appear along each recto, with their invaluable, tri-lingual captions opposite. Edited by the "Internationale Kongresse fur Neues Bauen und Stadt. Hochbauamt Frankfurt-M." (the "International Congress for New Building and Municipal Building Authority Frankfurt--Main").
