Primarily focusing on Bronxville, NY but several examples as well of work in Oyster Bay, Long Island, Verona, New Jersey, etc. Promotional portfolio consisting of approximately 70 exterior and interior views (mostly residential). Folio, 85 unnumbered pages, with the crisp black-and-white photos (by Nyholm) printed on the rectos only. Original beige card wrappers, a bit of thumb-soiling and light chipping along the spine and the edges. 2 razor-thin slits (one about 6" along the upper edge, the other about 2" along the lower edge) but front wrapper still holding firmly.
