A Monograph of Recent Work Constructed by Geo. L. White Builder (Edwin Bartels) Associate

New York and Greenwich, CT: The House of J. Hayden Twiss (Smith Building), 1931. Original wraps. A clean, sharp copy of this uncommon 1931 catalogue on the (mostly residential) work of Greenwich, Connecticut builder George L. White and Edwin Bartels (his associate). Solid and VG in its light-green wrappers, with mild rubbing to the front panel and just a touch of soiling at the rear panel's lower-edge. Internally, very sharp, with light foxing/soling at the 2 preliminaries but all plates in lovely condition. Folio, crisp black-and-white photographs along the rectos showcasing some of George White and Edwin Bartels' beautiful work (interiors and exteriors) in Greenwich. Also includes wonderful period ads at the rear, all related to Greenwich-focused landscape architecture, engineering and contracting. Very Good +. Item #21390
