A clean, sharp copy of this uncommon 1931 catalogue on the (mostly residential) work of Greenwich, Connecticut builder George L. White and Edwin Bartels (his associate). Solid and VG in its light-green wrappers, with mild rubbing to the front panel and just a touch of soiling at the rear panel's lower-edge. Internally, very sharp, with light foxing/soling at the 2 preliminaries but all plates in lovely condition. Folio, crisp black-and-white photographs along the rectos showcasing some of George White and Edwin Bartels' beautiful work (interiors and exteriors) in Greenwich.
