Each volume clean and Near Fine, with raised bands, bright gilt-titling and intricate tooling (armorial lions) within the compartments. Uniform octavos, all edges gilt. A bit of light spotting along several of the fore-edges, very light foxing to a small number of pages. No writing or other marks of note internally. 2 dozen fold-out maps (and additional smaller maps) help to complement Churchill's timeless text. An attractive, very presentable set. Near Fine.
