New York: Europa Sales. Original wraps. Issue #1 of "Bizarre Fantasy", the limited edition. Published out of New York by Europa Sales, circa early 1960s (pre zip code). This maiden issue is titled "Petticote Discipline & Domination" and is in crisp, very sharp condition. Clean and Near Fine in its stapled pictorial wrappers, with just a touch of light soiling to the rear panel and one small (original price) stamp at the front panel. Though uncredited, cover illustration by the great African-American cartoonist Gene Billbrew (1923-1974). Near Fine. Item #20962
