How to Make an Earthquake

New York: Harper & Brothers, 1954. Crockett Johnson. Pictorial boards. The 1954 1st edition. Solid and VG+ (light offsetting at the inner hinges, very mild soiling to the rear panel) in a crisp, price-intact (and price-clipped), VG dustjacket, with chipping at the front tips and the spine ends, light blotching along the rear panel and mild soiling to the flap-folds. Still though, a presentable clopy. Octavo, wonderfully illustrated throughout by Ruth Krauss's husband, the great Crockett Johnson (of "Harold and the Purple Crayon" fame). Very Good + / Very Good.
