Moth (with Early Stephen and Tabitha King Poems)

Orono, Maine: The Blanket Conspiracy, 1970. Original wraps. Among Stephen King's earliest contributions, here collected in 1970 in The University of Maine's literary anthology called "Moth". King contributed 3 poems ("The Dark Man", "Donovan's Brain" and "Silence") and his future wife and life-long partner --Tabitha Spruce-- contributed 6 additional poems. A bright, very presentable copy to boot. Tight and VG+ in its thick, stapled wrappers, with light soiling to the rear panel. Internally, clean as could be, with no writing or markings of any kind. Issued 4 years before his first published novel (1974's "Carrie"), this is a uncommon, very early Stephen King collectible. Very Good +. Item #18841
