Item #18780 Worcester Porcelain: A Description of the Ware from the Wall Period to the Present Day (in Dustjacket). R L. Hobson.

Worcester Porcelain: A Description of the Ware from the Wall Period to the Present Day (in Dustjacket)

London: Bernard Quaritch, 1910. Decorative Cloth. A presentable copy of the 1910 1st edition, in its elusive light-blue dustjacket. Tight and VG (rubbing along the tips and the rear panel's fore-edge) in a crisp, VG- to VG dustjacket, with clear tape discreetly and neatly applied along the flap-folds, the spine ends and the rear panel's edges. Also inconspicuously applied along the lower-edges and the rear flap-fold of the inside of the dustjacket. Thick folio, deckled fore and bottom edges. Internally very clean, with no writing or markings to speak of. A very impressive study of Worcester porcelain, with 92 collotypes and 17 chromolithographs complementing R.L. Hobson's text. Very Good / Very Good -. Item #18780
