The 1942 1st (and undoubtedly only) edition of this uncommon cook book bringing together the recipes "by persons connected with Columbia University. They are favorite recipes from faculty kitchens". Tight and VG- in its spiral-bound card wrappers, with a degree of soiling to the panels and light to moderate staining along the panel edges.
