Dunaif, who, in offering his in-depth analysis of the specific procedures here laid-out, was applying for state and board certification. 12 separate cases profiled, each accompanied by multiple graphic, detailed photos and also by Dr. Dunaif's thoughtful, highly-technical text. Bound in a wine-red letherette, with bright gilt-titling along the spine, the one-of-a-kind casebook has held up very nicely. Tight and Near Fine, with just a touch of light wear along the spine and its crown, and very light offsetting to the pastedown and endpaper edges.
