Issued by the Harvard Graduate School of Design as the published dissertation of Etienne Dusart (1942-2007) and Teun Koolhaas (1940-2007, cousin of architect Rem Koolhaas), this represents a very early example of PNSS and has left an important mark in architecture and urban design. Tight and VG to VG+ in its off-white, pictorial wrappers, with light offsetting along the panel edges, light pen (which has been skillfully and carefully sanded off for the most part) and very light soiling at the panels.
