RUDGE" (THE PRE-EMINENT PUBLISHER AND PRINTER WILLIAM EDWIN RUDGE) AND IS FURTHERMORE INSCRIBED BY THE BOOK'S PRINTER ARTHUR W. RUSHMORE. A clean, very solid copy to boot. Tight and Near Fine in its decorative, patterned boards, with a bright paper title label along the spine. Mounted linoleum cut (frontispiece) by Lee Thayer, hand-colored by Delight Rushmore. 16mo, printed at the Golden Hind Press outside of Madison, NJ. Uncommon title by the American poetess Karle Wilson Baker (1878-1960), under whose pen name Charlotte Wilson she was better known. Wilson "received the most recogniton and honors of any female poet from Texas during the 20th century" and enjoyed the honor of having her first 4 books published by Yale University Press.
