The 1926 1st edition, #421 of 450 copies issued. Crisp and VG in its duotone cloth, with bright gilt-device at the front panel and bright gilt-lettering and decoration along the spine. Tall quarto, 81 pgs. Deckled fore-edge and bottom-edge, beautiful hand-colored plates thruout. Except for mild darkening along the spine, the boards are very clean and, internally, the contents near-immaculate. "A Series of Copper Plates Engraved in the Line Manner by Edward Wadsworth and Coloured by Hand, with an Introduction and Brief Descriptions by Bernard Windeler". Also includes a respectable, VG example of the publisher's printed slipcase, with very light soiling at the panels.
